BioBorn in the desert shadow of Alhambra, Surayya has spent nearly all of her life enveloped in studies of the stars and the past, in foreseeing the future, so that she might take the title she has recently claimed: Royal Astrologer to Alhambra and Priestess of Umm, the moon goddess. Sweet, most times shy and soft-spoken, she is mysterious as the shadow she calls home, a calculating mind hidden behind silver-blue eyes.
